Use of the Service

DoCheq provides a cloud-based point-of-sale platform for restaurants and food service businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription and Billing

• DoCheq is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. DoCheq does not store credit card information.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DoCheq are owned by DoCheq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

DoCheq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
